While the original Drawing Room Deceptions is/was a close-up magic show performed in a living-room style shophouse setting, the current show, WunderBar, takes place behind the counter at The Magic Bar Singapore.

The performance layout has transitioned to a sleek bar-magic format, and the illusions have been specifically adapted and changed to maximize interaction in an exclusive, interactive cocktail bar environment.

Tickets for WunderBar: Magic and Comedy can be purchased online across multiple dates via Eventbrite. Because seating is limited to 22 seats to maintain an intimate, close-up experience, advanced online ticket registration is highly recommended as shows frequently sell out.

The WunderBar magic show is designed and paced specifically for an adult audience looking for a night out, making it one of the top things to do for date nights in Singapore.

While the comedy and mysteries are clean, the recommended minimum age for younger guests is  10 years and up to ensure they can appreciate the style of performance.

The entire experience lasts approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes, featuring 60-70 minutes of interactive bar magic and storytelling.

Showtimes run across multiple dates from Tuesdays to Sundays (with popular slots at 3:00 PM, 5:30 PM, and 8:00 PM). Guests are requested to arrive and be seated 15 minutes before the performance time

Inspired by the secret, hidden magic bars of Tokyo and Ginza, the venue offers a cozy, speakeasy vibe that is entirely unique to Singapore.

It provides a highly exclusive setting where a maximum of 10 to 20 guests sit directly at the bar counter, placing everyone just inches away from the master magician’s hands.

The dress code for the venue is smart casual (men are advised to avoid slippers, shorts, and singlets). The venue is located at Havelock 2 (#01-11), just a 3-minute walk from Clarke Quay MRT, and features convenient basement parking accessible via New Market Road. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible.

Yes, you can buy tickets at the door if seats are available.

Tickets for WunderBar are non-refundable and are good only for the day and time of the show purchased. However, we are happy to change the name on the ticket if you cannot attend so you can put them in another person’s name or resell them. Just call give us and we will make the change. Any changes MUST be made 48 hours prior to the ticket show date.
